Born and raised in the small town of Homer, Louisiana, Charles graduated Cum Laude from Louisiana State University in Shreveport in 2005. In 2008, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Law School at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. He is a member of the Louisiana bar and is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State and Federal Courts.
